My Lap is full!

Mommy has always dreamed of having a lap full… and now I definitely do

We had a low key day at home while Daddy was at his motorcycle class. I let your brothers pick your outfit… can you tell???

1st swimsuit

You rocked your first swimsuit today at the pool!

We had a fun day with Cici, Pipper, Lele, Mimi and Potts!

The heat always knocks you out so you spent most of the tine napping i9n everyone’s arms… still adorable as always!

1 month old

Today you are ONE whole month young! We’ve loved watching you change so much in just a short time, and already cant remember our lives without you in it. You are simply precious and we are so in love with you.

At one month you are eating every 3 hours (now 4 oz), sleeping 5-6 hour stretches at night and usually only up once, sleeping in your crib, love being swaddled, smiling up a storm, just started taking paci and liking your swing, just moved into size 1 diapers and size 0-3 clothes, weigh 9 lbs 14 oz, 20.9 inches and 38 cm head circumference.

You continue to be laid back and happy most of the time despite a pretty bad diaper rash and also having thrush. Your eyes keep getting more and more blue and your hair is very light. Your little mohawk on top is growing too!

Today the 4 of us survived your 1.5 hr doctor appointment so we treated ourselves to a trip to the mall!

Big Helpers

Its very common for your brothers to fight over who gets to hold you or feed you. Today you decided to get up earlier than normal and Mommy was in the middle of cooking dinner so I called in the big brothers for help!

Daddy is also known to fight over his time with you once he gets home from work. He took this picture of you tonight.. he thinks you are pretty special

Zoo!

We took your first trip to the zoo today with our friends JD, Cade, Jessica and Briggs. Cici joined us to help out and we all had a blast! Soon enough you’ll be running around with these crazy boys but for now you just hung out in the stroller or our arms.

Fun Filled Monday

It was too sweet to see Tyler meet you for the first time. We joined them at the splashpad to play and he was enamored with you! His Mommy, Channa, liked you pretty good too!

It melts my heart to see the 3 of you together! I finally got a little smile on camera today, although you’ve been giving them from day 1. Sweet little girl smiles and crazy big brothers who are all boy!

After dinner we enjoyed some outside time with Daddy, flying kites and enjoying the pretty weather. You always seem to calm down during your fussy hours (5-8) if you are outside.

Bouncy Seat

Your favorite place to sleep is in your bed swaddled up. I am doing my best to get your comfortable with just about sleeping anywhere so we’ve been trying the bouncy seat more. Today after church you did take a good nap there and were just too cute not to take a picture of

Spoiling you

 

We had a busy day today with a birthday party and then the Wing Fest downtown. Once we got home we just needed some time to snuggle. And I can promise you that I am doing my best not to spoil you too too much, however there is just something to sweet about watching you sleep and having you lay in my arms!

Girl’s Night

You joined Mommy and her friends for your first girls’ night to celebrate Sheena’s birthday. We ate at Ruby Tuesdays and your buddy Jase was there too. Yall both did great!

Pink Polka Dots

You will very quickly learn that Mommy’s favorites are hot pink and polka dots. Imagine my excitement when I found this outfit that had both…. it immediately was a “I have to get this!” So this is officially the first outfit Mommy ever bought you. And now you are in it!!

Lazy days

We are still trying to get on our new routine with kiddos so lazy days at home are sometimes needed and today was one of those! We discovered you love to lay on your belly and nap on your boppy, love chatting with your big bros, and your most awake time is after dinner!

Happy 3 weeks!

You are 3 weeks old today! Such a sweet little girl who continues to bring us so much joy! You have already put yourself on a schedule, still sleeping 4-5 hours at night, love being swaddled, love your brothers, smile all the time, wearing newborn clothes and diapers but quickly growing out of them!

Your brothers are still very smitten too!

Home alone with 3!

Today was our first day with Mommy flying solo with you 3 kiddos. We went and met friends at Chickfila in the morning and you did great… just slept!

Then we came home and had lunch and everyone napped together… success!!

Mommy even got all the laundry done so don’t worry you don’t have to be naked. Thank you for being such a sweet girl and making my transition from 2-3 so easy!
